Customers have the option to return unused, uninstalled tires up to 30 days after delivery. Our return policy begins from the date of delivery of the last item received if coming in multiple shipments. To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at (855) 508-3334.
You can cancel your order if the product has not shipped from one of our warehouses. This can be done from within your order on tireamerica.com or by calling Customer Service at (855) 508-3334.
An order can be modified if the order has not yet shipped. The following order modifications can be made by calling Customer Service at (855) 508-3334:
To initiate a return, you can start by calling Tire America Customer Service at (855) 508-3334. Tire America utilizes FedEx for all returns whether they have been shipped to an Installer or to another address. Once a return is initiated, Customer Service will work with you to schedule FedEx to pick up the tires. Tires must be picked up within 14 days of initiating the return, or a new return must be initiated with Customer Service.
On the scheduled pickup date, the tires must be ready and available for pick up. FedEx will complete the return shipping label and scan it into their system when the tires are picked up at the designated location.
Once the tires have been picked up and scanned by FedEx, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Please note that there will be shipping charges and a $7 charge for each returned tire. In the event that it is determined a tire is defective or the tire(s) delivered do not match your order, the shipping charges and $7 return fee will be waived.
