Tire manufacturers offer different promotions and individually establish eligibility for those promotions. While tireamerica.com displays rebate amounts in the customer’s order summary, manufacturer rebates are provided directly from the tires’ manufacturers. In order to receive a rebate, the total purchase amount would be paid at the time of purchase, then the purchaser would submit a rebate form directly to the manufacturer.
All information on promotions, special offers and rebates will be available online only. Our site will direct you to information on promotions, special offers and rebates, which might include directing you elsewhere, such as a manufacturer's site for more details.
For ease of use, manufacturer rebate forms are available online for all customers.
When selecting a tire, you can search by vehicle or by size. If you know your tire size, please select the dimensions and search for results. If you don’t know the size tires to search for, you can instead select the make, year and model of your vehicle to view search results from the suggested options.
Once you have selected the tire(s) you’d like to purchase, click the ADD TO CART button to proceed to check out. At this point, you will be able to have the products shipped to your address (if within the U.S.) or you can select an Installer to perform your installation.
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation, shipping, and delivery notifications via email. If you selected to have your tires shipped to one of our National Installers, you will receive a phone call from the Installer to confirm or adjust your installation date and time.
Contact Tire America Customer Service at (855) 508-3334 to set up an exchange. Customer Service will arrange a FedEx pick up of the tires to be returned and delivery of the replacement tires.
Deliveries made to a commercial location will require a signature at the time of delivery. A signature is not required for deliveries made to residential addresses.
Yes! Tire America accepts PayPal as a payment method.
You will have the ability to see all fees and taxes during the checkout process before you purchase your tires. Tire America will collect applicable sales tax. Some states have other fees, such as tire disposal fees, which we would collect and pay as well, if applicable.

If tires were purchased as a “guest” during checkout, you can contact Tire America Customer Service at (855) 508-3334 to check on the status of your order. Customers who purchased their tires through a Tire America account can log into their account at tireamerica.com/my-account or contact Customer Service at (855) 508-3334 to check on their order status. All customers will receive order confirmation, order shipping and order delivery emails after their purchase.
Warranty information is specific to each tire’s manufacturer and can be found under the Warranty tab on each tire’s Product Detail Page.
Tire America provides roadside assistance (tire change, and if no serviceable spare is available, towing) on most tires we sell at no additional charge to the customer. This coverage is provided by a Tire America partner, Roadside Protect. To learn more visit our Roadside Assistance page.

Your credit or debit card will be charged when the tires are packaged and staged for pickup by FedEx. Immediately after the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and shipping information.
Yes. Tire America registers the tires’ identification number for the purchaser with the Department of Transportation.
