Customers

I purchased tires, but now Tire America’s website is down. Will I still get my order?

Yes. If you made a tire purchase through TireAmerica.com, you will receive your order. Check your email for an order confirmation and shipment details.


What will happen to my Tire America Credit Card?

For all credit card inquiries, please visit citi.com or call Citibank® Customer Support at 888-343-1127 (or TDD/TTY at 888-944-2227) from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.


How are returns being handled?

You have the option to return unused, uninstalled tires up to 30 days after delivery. Our return policy begins from the date of delivery of the last item received, if coming in multiple shipments.

Do I still have the Road Hazard and Roadside Assistance coverage that came with my tires?

All qualified tire purchases will receive the 3-year Road Hazard Warranty and 2-year Roadside Assistance coverage from the date of purchase.


How do I file a claim for Road Hazard or Roadside Assistance?

Automotive Business Solutions (ABS) handles our Road Hazard and Roadside Assistance claims.


What if I have a tire manufacturer warranty claim?

Please contact the tire manufacturer directly for assistance.


What will happen with my data that Tire America collected from me?

It shall remain protected through Tire America’s parent company, TBC Corporation. We will continue to share information within the Tire America corporate family including TBC Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, parents, and related entities.


Can I request that my data be removed from Tire America’s systems?

We will remove all data in accordance with applicable laws. To request data-related actions allowed by law, like, for example, to opt out of having us sell your information, you can make a request online, call 855-508-3334 or email us at web@tireamerica.com.

What if I have a Tire America customer in my store that has an issue with their order or service?

We will continue to support Tire America customers until May 31, 2022. Have them contact our responsive Customer Service Specialists at 855-508-3334.


How do I support customers who have Road Hazard coverage on a Tire America purchase?

Automotive Business Solutions (ABS) will continue to handle our Road Hazard and Roadside Assistance claims. Please have the customer file a claim online, or call 833-451-7602.


What will happen with my data that was provided when setting up my stores?

It shall remain protected and archived by Tire America’s parent company, TBC Corporation.
